River Walk

It was a beautiful sunny day along the river when these two boys and their Golden Retriever walked by. I waited until they were in the sunshine and then I snapped the shot. 

Show at the Marriott Springhill

This was my display at the ArtNight Show at the Marriott Thursday night. Everyone had such a good time. The food was wonderful.

Hidden Lake, Washington

It was the most beautiful day with brilliant sunshine. The water was an incredible green that sparkled in the sunshine. Beside that, the huckleberries were ripe and we picked a bunch! 

Saddlerock Sunrise

This was the 2nd Place Winner in the 'Saddlerock Plein Air Painting Contest' honoring the purchase of the Dry Gulch Area by the City of Wenatchee. Shortly after sunrise at 5:30 in the morning the clouds rolled in and we battled rain off and on all day. I got up at 4:30 to make it down to Wenatchee just at 5:30 to see the sunrise. What a magnificent sight!

Skylites

This was a wonderful barn to paint. I hope it lasts a few more years.

Chumstick Canyon Barn

I will be doing a series of barns in the area while they are still standing. This one may not be around after next winter. It has quite a lean to it (not evident from this angle).

River Memories

This is from the Entiate River when the river was real low. The stones were exposed and you could walk out on them. A crystal clear day.

Icicle Ridge

This is the Wenatchee River where it comes out of the Tumwater Canyon with Icicle Ridge in the background.

Julie's Pathway

This is a pathway through the woods near my house. Very pretty with the sunlight coming through the trees.

Well, I have finally gotten back to my painting. Here are the paintings that I have done lately.

New Day

This was a sunrise out my front window in Wenatchee before the winter set in.

Show at the Senior Center

This is the show at the Senior Center that was just put in. It will hang for 2 months. Maybe this will get me back to painting again!
